for the birthday dinner and movie!it was my first time having a meal at tcc too. was about to say how nicely cool the weather was when i remembered you were feeling cold. i hope you're wearing warmer clothes nowadays. but i liked your sweet pink holey (hehe) top. the salmon linguine was quite nice, although you and Ms Yan said the salmon didn't look fresh. well, it was smoked! how come Ms Yan could survive on hot coffee and wedges? and your macaroni and cheese was mouth-watering - i like those little elbows.
the movie was "dreamer". been wanting to watch it since i first saw the ad online. i like watching dakota fanning. and horses! it was uplifting and my favourite scene is still the donut one. Ben, you didn't fall asleep, did you?
it was funny to see how you were so attracted to the display of small handbags and such at what's-the-shop-again... have you bought a nice clutch yet? and do go try on those pants etc at dorothy perkins - they look good.
anyway i had a good time. hope you and Ms Yan enjoyed every bit of the night too? love you!
